Envizia AI is a product and service of Strata Mixed Reality Inc. (“Strata,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how Strata collects, uses, and safeguards information related to envizia.ai and the Envizia AI service.

Strata Mixed Reality Inc., 1400 Chapel Street Unit 322, Santa Clara, Utah 84765 USA. Strata is the controller for customer, billing, CRM, and analytics data. Our trusted infrastructure and payment providers act as processors under Strata’s direction and do not use data for independent purposes.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and contact details (e.g., name, email, country/region).
• Billing and transaction data (processed by Stripe; Strata does not store full card details).
• Usage metrics (credit balance, session activity, general analytics).
• Support communications and optional feedback.

Strata does not retain prompts or generated images except in anonymized, aggregated form for performance monitoring and improvement.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and secure the Service, including credit metering and delivery.
• Process payments, renewals, and invoices.
• Provide customer support and communicate service updates.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Analyze usage and improve functionality and user experience.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

• Infrastructure partners operating under Strata’s direction to deliver the Service.

Strata does not sell personal data.

5. Data Retention

• Account and billing data: retained up to 7 years (legal and accounting compliance).
• Usage data: retained only in aggregate, non-identifying form.
• Support records: retained up to 24 months.

You may request deletion via privacy@strata.com; requests are processed within 30 days where permitted by law.

6. State-Specific Privacy Rights

• California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing (Strata does not sell personal data).
• Utah Consumer Privacy Act: rights to access, correct, and delete personal data.
